In Conversation Webinar with Superintendent Tim Hassiotis from Fire and Rescue New South Wales.

On 8th October 2026 Gender and Disaster Australia were joined by Superintendent Tim Hassiotis from Fire and Rescue New South Wales for a 60 minute In Conversation webinar with our CEO Dr Margaret Moreton.

We talked about leadership, inclusion, creating positive change in emergency services and Tim shared a couple of very poignant Zen stories to help really frame this thoughtful conversation.

Whether you work in emergency services, government, community services or leadership roles, this webinar will hopefully inspire and equip you to drive meaningful change in your workplace and community, by giving you insights into leadership, culture change and fostering workplaces where people of all genders, backgrounds, abilities and identities can thrive.
